These strategies, along with the unprecedented growth of online opportunities for branded and licensed merchandise, will certainly outlast this economic downturn and present significant future opportunities for licensed products.

TODD DONALDSON, Vice President, Sales, IMC Licensing

Todd is responsible for identifying and developing relationships with key manufacturers, retailers and brand owners across the consumer product sector. Todd has been a business development executive for over 10 years, working for and with dozens of Fortune 50 companies. In addition, he has been a participant in numerous Licensing Letter roundtable symposiums, has been a speaker at industry events including the PLMA Show and has conducted webinars on Licensing Strategy. Before joining IMC, he was responsible for the account management and retention of more than ten Fortune 200 client companies for SHPS Human Resources Solutions.

MIKE SLUSAR, Managing Director, Brandar Consulting LLC

Mike is a seasoned licensing professional and former Director of Brand Licensing at AT&T Knowledge Ventures. He spent 7 years leading the AT&T licensing team that managed all key licensees in the AT&T trademark licensing portfolio.   Mike spent 8 years working with The Beanstalk Group licensing agency identifying new prospective licensees and implementing AT&T’s annual licensing plans.  He left AT&T in October, 2007 to start his own Brand Licensing, Brand Management & Marketing consulting practice.  Mike has successfully consulted in the licensing industry for the last 2 years.
