With more than 20 years of forensic and royalty auditing experience, Lewis leads a dedicated team of compliance auditing professionals. Lewis has extensive, multi-industry knowledge and directs the Group’s royalty and joint venture audits, profit participation examinations and contract compliance investigations.  Lewis also conducts financial due diligence reviews and provides litigation support and expert witness testimony.  He has represented clients ranging from individual recording artists and songwriters to Fortune 500 companies.  He has audited numerous licensees, joint venture partners and other entities that operate in a variety of industries including entertainment, publishing, video games, toys, apparel, food, electronics, music, film, television, high-tech and pharmaceutical.  In addition to recovering substantial sums for his clients, Lewis strives to help protect clients’ underlying intellectual properties and to enhance their contractual relationships

Marty has 20 years of experience providing automated licensing and royalty systems to owners and licensees of intellectual property.  In January 2005, Mr. Malysz founded Dependable Solutions, Inc.  Previously, Mr. Malysz presided over the operations at Right Track Solutions, Inc. becoming the largest supplier of royalty and licensing solutions to music and video operations in North America. At Dependable Solutions, Inc., Mr. Malysz manages a team of experienced analysts, programmers and marketing personnel from the Los Angeles headquarters location.  He continues to sell, consult and implement trademark licensing financial management solutions to licensors and licensees and promote all automated licensing financial management solution vendors.

VINCE MCGUIRE, Vice President, Labeltex Mills Inc.

Mr. McGuire has been Vice President of Labeltex Mills Inc BPS™ SECURE Division for the past ten years.  Vince developed and formulated both the security labels and tags which are currently utilized by over forty global brands in Apparel, Footwear and Accessory Industries, and the on-line system, which supports these unique labels with database of distribution on a moment by moment basis.  Vince has an extensive background in printing, papermaking and security technologies, having held various management positions with International Paper (1962-1980), Crusader Paper (1980-1987), and as President of Sure-Print Services Ltd. (1987-2000).

GEOFFREY POTTER, Partner and Chair, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, LLP

A highly-experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Potter litigates counterfeiting and product diversion cases on behalf of major corporations in diverse industries worldwide. These cases primarily involve counterfeit products with the potential to cause serious injury or death, including counterfeit medical devices, pharmaceuticals and other consumer, industrial and electronic products.   His representations have included: Johnson & Johnson (counterfeit LifeScan brand blood glucose test strips), The Procter & Gamble Company (counterfeit Pantene and Head and Shoulders brand shampoos), Alcoa, Inc. (counterfeit Reynolds Wrap brand aluminum foil) and Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. (counterfeit Trojan brand condoms).
