His practice includes all facets of intellectual property, licensing and entertainment law.  An accomplished trial attorney, he represents licensors, licensees, agents and inventors in all facets of intellectual property litigation.  He also manages the worldwide trademark portfolios of famous brands and regularly negotiates merchandising and licensing agreements for a wide array of consumer products.

Mr. Coplit is responsible for negotiating and drafting all of the entertainment company’s consumer products license agreements, both domestic and international.  Prior to working at WWE, he was a partner at Grimes & Battersby, LLP, where his practice included all aspects of intellectual property licensing, prosecution and litigation.

Mr. Schnaid has more than 21 years of experience in the licensing world.  In addition to his focus on licensing and royalty consulting, audit and coliance services for licensors/agents, Charles specializes in accounting, tax and business advisory services to entreprenurial growth oriented business clients, entertainers and high net worth individuals domestic and abroad.
