MIKE SLUSAR, Managing Director, Brandar Consulting, LLC
Mike is a seasoned licensing professional and former Director of Brand Licensing at AT&T Knowledge Ventures. He spent 7 years leading the AT&T licensing team that managed all key licensees in the AT&T trademark licensing portfolio. Mike spent 8 years working with The Beanstalk Group licensing agency identifying new prospective licensees and implementing AT&T’s annual licensing plans. While at AT&T, Mike was instrumental in negotiating a new long term licensing agreement with Citibank for the AT&T Universal Credit Card; the most lucrative brand license in AT&T history. Mike also was responsible for formulating and managing a consistent Retail Packaging & Collateral System across all AT&T business units and business partners. He left AT&T in October, 2007 to start his own Brand Licensing, Brand Management & Marketing consulting practice. Mike has successfully consulted in the licensing industry for the last 2 years |

Cara is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization and works intimately with clients and staff on the strategic development of world class licensing programs for IMC’s clients. Cara has had articles published in The Licensing Journal and brandchannel.com, among others, and has been selected to speak at leading industry events including Licensing University and LINK. She currently serves on the strategic planning committee for the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA). |
